Qualifications
- Verifiable work experience in the automation/manufacturing industry.
- Strong electrical and programming skills.
- Knowledge of electrical control systems, motor control, and machine interfacing.
- Experience with robotic systems and PLC programming.
- Industrial safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high quality instruction and facilitate the learning of students.
- Develop course syllabi and instructional plans; organize daily classes.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Integrate technology to enrich educational experiences.
- Act as ambassadors for the programs and TSTC.
