Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking top Applied Research Interns in Santa Clara, California to develop new algorithms for AI model post-training. As part of the Nemotron post-training team, you will contribute to open-source projects like NeMo-RL and publish internship project results.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a MS or PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with excellent Python skills and strong knowledge in Deep Learning. The internship offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $71.

We are now recruiting top Applied Research Interns to join Nemotron post-training team. Together, we will work on next generation of Nemotron post-training and open-source software such as NeMo-RL.

What we need to see:

• Pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Masters students with good publication record will be considered too

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 20 USD - 71 USD.
