Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in an applied subdiscipline of psychology (preference for non-clinical areas).
• Strong project management and leadership experience in analytical projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to translate scientific findings for nonacademic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage programs across applied psychology topics (e.g., future of work, climate, sustainability, human-technology interaction).
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution and milestone tracking.
• Develop webinars, conference materials, and events with speaker coordination and logistics.
