Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking candidates for a postdoctoral fellowship in psychology for the 2026‑2027 training year at locations across Massachusetts. Fellows will receive broad training in evidence‑based clinical interventions in outpatient settings and participate in didactics, supervision, and group consultation.

Applicants must have a doctorate in psychology from an APA‑accredited program and completed internship; the ideal candidate aims for a permanent staff position after fellowship.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA‑accredited program.
• Completion of an APA‑accredited internship required.
• Eligibility to pursue licensure in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• IBH fellows will provide consultation to providers, brief assessment, evidence‑based intervention, and triage to other LifeStance departments or community resources.
• IBH fellows will have the opportunity to learn about the model of integrated primary care and how to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team.
• Successful fellows will enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, be able to think on their feet, communicate clinical information efficiently, and enjoy working with a wide range of clinical presentations.
