Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience as a research scientist in computer vision.
• 1+ years of experience managing teams of researchers.
• Strong communication and collaboration across research, engineering and product.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of senior researchers (5–10) while remaining hands-on.
• Oversee transition from research to production with engineering.
• Partner with Product to translate research into user value.
• Communicate goals and drive execution across a cross-functional org.
• Translate product and business objectives into technical research strategies.
