Formación

• Experience with Python data stack for cleaning, feature engineering, and modeling.
• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate, and deploy predictive models for student outcomes.
• Build data workflows across Canvas, Starfish, and SIS data sources.
• Apply exploratory data analysis and ML to derive trends and recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate findings into practical tools for faculty.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Partner with developers to productionize models used across the university.
