Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is hiring for part-time positions that support children with Autism in home or community settings. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services under supervision and participate in paid training with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Coordinate with BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.


• All positions start off part‑time.


• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.


• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to change our clients lives.
