BK Healthcare Management is hiring for part-time ABA roles that deliver one-on-one treatments in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data on progress, and support families to reinforce skills.

No prior ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; great for teachers, paraprofessionals, or education-related professionals seeking afternoon/evening hours and a meaningful role.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Need to Know:

• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
