Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals for part-time ABA roles, delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. No ABA experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided, with afternoon or evening schedules and clear pathways for advancement.

You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and work closely with families and supervisors to promote independence and positive behavior in children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Know:

• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
