Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our education team. You will assist in implementing behavioral modification programs for students and support district behavior analysts in data collection and progress monitoring.

Requirements include a high school diploma and either AA/AS, 60 college hours, or a passing score on a local test. Prior experience is preferred; training in CPI or district-approved interventions may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional college credits preferred.
• AA/AS, 60 college hours, or passing score on a local test.
• Ability to follow instructions and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply basic ABA principles in classroom settings.
• Conduct observations and collect data for assessments.
• Assist in implementing Behavior Plans and CPI procedures.
• Maintain relationships with staff and students.
• Attend training hours annually.
