AI:AT – the AI Factory Austria is seeking experts to design and deliver applied AI solutions from client needs to MVPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in Vienna. You will contribute to innovation sprints, work with startups, researchers, and domain experts to translate AI opportunities into technically feasible concepts.

You will prototype, validate, and iterate AI solutions, develop end-to-end AI applications and data pipelines, and mentor teams on design, MLOps, and responsible

Competenze

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Several years of experience developing and operationalising ML/DL solutions on GPU/HPC.
• LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG with domain-specific fine-tuning.
• MLOps experience with Docker/Kubernetes, GitOps, MLflow/Kubeflow, observability stacks.
