Our company

Scout AI is an early-stage tech startup working at the intersection of hiring, upskilling, and productivity. Our mission is to maximize human potential by helping companies get more work done and by connecting engineers with meaningful job opportunities.

We are a small, dynamic team led by Christian Arredondo and Daniel Hernandez, based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Texas. We have several paying customers and recently secured pre-seed funding from leading investors at Neo, participating in their 2024 accelerator program.

Our projects involve partner startups focusing on TypeScript (NodeJS, ReactJS) and applied AI (e.g., agents and chatbots).

About the role

We are looking for a developer to work on several projects with partner startups, focusing on TypeScript (NodeJS, ReactJS) and applied AI (e.g., agents and chatbots).

Responsibilities

• Build early-stage AI chatbots, agents, and products using a TypeScript tech stack

Qualifications

• Experience focused on TypeScript development
• Strong technical and programming skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: Experience building ML/AI applications
• Preferred: Completion of a technical program (CS, engineering, math, etc.)
• You must have authorization to work in the country where you plan to live (we cannot sponsor visas at this time)

Location

• Remote: Open to candidates globally, with a preference for US and LATAM

Compensation

• This is a full-time position with compensation ranging from $30 to $120 per hour, depending on experience and location.
