Responsibilities

• Work with product and engineers to make agents reliable, steerable, and trustworthy.
• Turn improvements into measurable gains in task completion and time saved.
• Build and run evals to verify correct task completion, not just plausible outputs.
• Analyze real production failures and implement robust fixes.
• Support cross-team efforts from prototype to general availability.
