Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied AI, ML, or data science experience.
• Experience developing and deploying production AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in ML, statistics, predictive modeling, experimentation, and analytics.
• Experience building solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML toolsets (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow).
• Experience with cloud platforms and production software environments.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and ML solutions from proof of concept to production.
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to identify use cases and measure impact.
• Build solutions using ML, generative AI, RAG, NLP, predictive analytics, and agentic workflows.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for solution quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to operationalize AI using MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
• Contribute reusable code, tools, models, and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption.
• Stay current on AI technologies and propose innovative approaches.
