Job summary

Goliath Partners Inc. is seeking an ML research hire for a confidential systematic trading team in New York. You will own the ML research lifecycle from idea to live deployment, with direct P&L participation and a track record of signals that hold up beyond backtests. Strong Python skills are required.

Base salary is $450K, with total compensation expected between $1M and $2M, including sign-on and performance bonuses. Exceptional candidates may be offered up to 12 months non-competes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of applied ML experience.
• Proven ability to build ML models for live deployment.
• Track record of signals that survive backtests.

Responsibilities

• Own ML research from ideation to deployment and live alpha.
• Contribute to P&L through model-driven trading strategies.
