Job summary

GhostEye is building the always-on red team for modern enterprises. You will own the AI behind social engineering simulations, including voice agents capable of live help-desk calls, synthetic video for executive impersonation, and pretexts grounded in real research.

You will report to the Head of Engineering and work with security researchers. You’ll also build APIs and the campaign runner, not only models, and you’ll set the technical direction for applied AI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping real-time AI systems.
• Strong understanding of latency budgets and streaming systems.
• Ethical and safe AI development with consent and governance.
• Experience with voice, video, or social-engineering simulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI behind social engineering simulations: voice agents, synthetic video, and pretexts.
• Build APIs and the service that runs a campaign.
• Set technical direction for applied AI and collaborate with security researchers.
• Develop evaluation methods to measure realism and success rates.
• Ensure safety, authorization, and containment across engagements.
