Job summary

Runway is seeking a production-focused problem-solver who can own customer deployments from discovery to production. You will sit with studios and brands, map blockers, and build demos, plugins, or integrations that remove obstacles to production.

You'll deploy AI workflows in partnership with Product and Engineering, turning customer learnings into reusable roadmap items while guiding managed trials and executive briefings. Expect travel with some roles spanning our offices.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade AI integrations.
• Translate executive needs into technical plans and roadmaps.
• Comfort presenting to executives and engineers alike.
• Nice to have SQL/BigQuery/Retool experience.

Responsibilities

• Map customer workflows, identify blockers between production and delivery.
• Build demos and integrations tailored to customer needs.
• Turn one-off solutions into reusable product components.
• Own end-to-end evaluation plans and manage trials with customers.
• Drive deployments from contract to first production call.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Creative to shape the roadmap.
• Measure impact with production metrics and usage data.
