Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience in related field.
• Proficiency in Python with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs, building multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Strong communication and ability to work in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Build infrastructure to deploy LLM-powered engineering assistants and multi-turn dialogues.
• Develop agentic AI solutions for complex VLSI problems and integrate with CAD flows.
• Leverage AI to improve chip design efficiency and quality of output.
• Create design databases and dashboards with retrieval mechanisms to speed design closure.
• Collaborate with circuit design, layout, technology, and external EDA teams across geographies.
