Job summary

Codebridge is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to build the AI functionality of a corporate learning platform end to end. You will design and ship agents, govern tool use, memory, and guardrails, and integrate with LangChain/LangGraph across Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.

You will develop end-to-end product features from frontend to cloud services, optimize retrieval quality, and create robust evaluation and lab environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering with end-to-end systems.
• 1+ years shipping production LLM apps — agents, tools, retrieval across major platforms.
• Deep expertise in agent development: tool use, memory, orchestration, MCP servers.
• Claude Code, OpenAI API, Gemini experience or ability to learn quickly.
• Python for LLM tooling; LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent experience.
• Sandboxed cloud runtimes, CI, and API security basics.
• Clear technical communication; explain model limitations to non-engineers.
• Outcomes-focused mindset; advanced English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agents — planning, tool use, memory, guardrails, orchestrated with LangChain/LangGraph.
• Build product features end to end — frontend through backend to the model call in the cloud.
• Set up and tune retrieval: ingestion, chunking, retrieval quality, reranking, and grounded generation with citations.
• Evolve the content-generation pipeline: grounded generation, structured outputs, accuracy checks.
• Develop labs in sandboxed execution platform with mock APIs and verification harnesses.
• Take charge of evaluation infrastructure: datasets, graders, regression suites, and cross-provider benchmarks.
