Job summary

Trilon seeks an Applied AI Engineer to build AI-powered features that reduce manual engineering labor across our operating companies. You will design the intelligence layer, including prompt frameworks, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows, operating against real engineering data and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and clean code practices.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and ML libraries.
• Ability to design prompts and manage context across AI models.
• Experience with integration of models into production systems.
• Knowledge of orchestration logic for AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered features that compress engineering labor across operating companies.
• Design and implement the intelligence layer: prompts, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
