Job summary

FutureSight is seeking an applied AI builder to co-found and lead the technical direction of a new B2B AI company. You will translate vague problems into trusted, usable AI systems, ship real products, and participate in fundraising.

You’ll recruit and grow the technical team as the venture matures and influence product strategy from day one. You’ll work hands-on with frontier models, own architecture decisions, and shape customer workflows.

Qualifications

• Applied AI built and shipped to users with real value
• Clear system design and maintainability
• Strong translation of product intent to actionable specs
• Close-to-customer with understanding of workflows
• Experience as technical co-founder or early engineering leader

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction from day one: framing, architecture, design, product judgement
• Translate rough product intent into structure and specs for humans and AI
• Build hands-on using modern tools and frontier models
• Lead early customer conversations to shape the right product
• Design and build agentic systems with principled simplification
• Prove traction before scaling; focus on what matters
• Recruit and grow a technical team when appropriate
• Contribute to fundraising and due diligence
