Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Innovation/Entrepreneurship, or related interdisciplinary field.
• Junior or Senior year at start of upcoming term.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to explore AI and emerging technologies to solve business problems.
• Interest in applying AI to improve processes and customer experiences.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and learn via rapid iteration.
• Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate observations into prototypes, pilots, or process improvements.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• GPA of 3.0 or above; official transcript may be requested.
• Onsite work capability in Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes using applied AI and emerging technologies.
• Partner with business experts to understand current workflows and unmet needs.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI-assisted solutions and new ways of working.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools for usability, quality, adoption, and enhancement.
• Develop findings, prototypes, business cases, and recommendations for leadership.
