Job summary

We are seeking a Digital Products & AI Strategy Intern in Franklin, TN to shape Nissan's digital customer experience through connected vehicle technologies, data platforms, AI applications, and digital products. The role collaborates with product managers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders on initiatives impacting millions of customers.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to AI, product development, and data analytics in a real-world setting, with a 12-week full-time program

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Product Management, or related field.
Students entering their Junior, Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.

Responsibilities

Support the evaluation and development of AI and digital product initiatives for Nissan's connected vehicle and mobile ecosystems.
Analyze customer, vehicle, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
Assist in developing business cases, product roadmaps, and executive presentations for emerging digital capabilities.
Conduct market and competitive research on connected vehicle services, mobility trends, AI technologies, and digital customer experiences.
Participate in cross‑functional projects involving product management, data strategy, customer experience, and technology innovation.
