Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT seeks an experienced Applicator for a well-established agronomy organization serving the Southwest Nebraska/Northwest Kansas area. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ag chemical application experience preferred, training possible for qualified farm ops candidates.
• Nebraska Commercial Applicator license preferred, or ability to obtain/transfer licensing.
• Class A CDL preferred with acceptable driving record.
• Strong equipment operation and mechanical aptitude.
• Good math skills for chemical mixing and application.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Familiarity with local farming area is a plus.
• Relocation to the area is preferred for proximity to family.

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayer equipment for accurate crop applications.
• Spread dry fertilizer and handle agricultural chemicals.
• Mix and handle chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Operate a semi truck as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on application equipment and vehicles.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and keep equipment field-ready.
• Work with agricultural customers and provide assistance as needed.
• Support other Agronomy operations during busy periods.

Employer utilizes Case application equipment with newer Raven monitors. Duties to include: - Operating sprayer equipment for accurate and timely crop applications - Spreading dry fertilizer - Mixing and handling agricultural chemicals - Operating semi truck as needed - Performing routine maintenance on application equipment, trucks, and other vehicles - Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and keeping equipment field-ready - Working directly with agricultural customers and providing assistance as needed - Supporting other Agronomy operations during busy periods **WORK SCHEDULE:**Hours vary seasonally with the demands of crop production. - Regular Season: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - Busy Agronomy Season: Monday-Saturday, approximately 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Candidates should understand that longer hours are expected during planting and application seasons, with the schedule returning to more traditional hours during slower periods. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** - Industry-top wage - Acreage spray bonus - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Year-round opportunity with an established Agronomy organization**ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
