WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

If you have experience operating large machinery, attention to detail, and a passion for helping farmers grow the best crops, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Custom Applicator eager to assist our customers with field spraying. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Applying crop production inputs to fields according to recommended rates, procedures, and pesticide labels.
  2. Recording application data in compliance with regulations and standards.
  3. Setting up material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment for product delivery.
  4. Blending products following recommended rates and procedures.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High School Diploma, eagerness to learn, motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to obtain necessary pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses or certifications in relevant states.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-player attitude.
  • Ability to work in extreme noise and weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
  • Capability to work in areas with dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, using appropriate safety measures.
  • Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs.
  • CDL with a satisfactory driving record.
