WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

If you have experience operating large machinery, attention to detail, and are interested in helping farmers grow the best crops possible, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Custom Applicator eager to assist our customers with field spraying. Key responsibilities include:

1. Applying crop production inputs to fields following recommended rates, procedures, and pesticide labels.
2. Recording application data according to regulations and standards.
3. Setting up material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment for product delivery.

• High School Diploma, eagerness to learn, passion, and motivation for meeting goals.
• Ability to obtain required pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses in applicable states.
• Relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in extreme noise and weather conditions.
• Comfort working with dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, using proper safety measures.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs.
• CDL with a satisfactory driving record.
