AgVantage FS, Inc. in Iowa is seeking a dedicated field-based worker to handle crop input applications and related operational tasks. You will record data, set up blending and delivery equipment, and ensure accurate product handling in dynamic field conditions.

The role is full-time and requires pursuing pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses and a CDL, with safety as a priority in noisy, dusty environments and at heights. Teamwork and problem-solving are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; eagerness to learn and meet goals.
• Must be able to obtain pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses where crop inputs are applied.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Team-player with safety-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in noisy, hot/cold, dusty environments; risk awareness and safety measures.
• Ability to reach up to 100 lbs and to work at varying heights; valid CDL with clean record.

What You'll Be Doing

• Applies crop production inputs to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates, procedures, and following all pesticide labels.
• Records application data according to regulations and standards.
• Sets up material handling, blending, storage, transport and application equipment for blending and delivery of products.

What You Bring To The Table

• High School Diploma, eagerness to learn, passion and motivation for meeting goals
• Must have the ability to obtain, all required pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses or certifications in states where crop production inputs are applied
• A knack for relationship building and problem-solving
• Must be a team-player through and through!
• Ability to work with extreme noise and weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
• Ability to work in areas that contain dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, requiring utilization of appropriate safety measures
• Ability to work at varying heights and move up to 100lbs
• CDL with satisfactory driving record
