WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

If you have experience operating large machinery, attention to detail, and a passion for helping farmers succeed, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Custom Applicator eager to go above and beyond in assisting our customers with crop spraying. Key responsibilities include:

1. Applying crop production inputs to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates, procedures, and pesticide labels.
2. Recording application data in compliance with regulations and standards.
3. Setting up material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment for product delivery.
4. Blending products following recommended rates and procedures.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• High School Diploma, eagerness to learn, passion, and motivation to meet goals.
• Ability to obtain all required pesticide or fertilizer applicator licenses or certifications in applicable states.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in extreme noise and weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
• Capability to work in areas with dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, utilizing proper safety measures.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs.
• CDL with a satisfactory driving record.
