Welding Engineer – Robotic Welding. Travel: 30–50%. Compensation is based on experience: $100k-140k.

Seeking a Welding Engineer to support the development, testing, and optimization of advanced robotic welding systems. This role will work closely with welding and robotics engineers on weld parameter development, robotic welding experiments, motion planning, and customer applications.

Must Have

• Experience with industrial robotics including Yaskawa, ABB, KUKA, and/or FANUC.
• Experience developing welding parameters for carbon steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum.
• Strong knowledge of weld symbols, drawings, and print interpretation.

Highly Preferred

• Hands‑on experience with GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and/or SMAW.
• Experience with robotic welding cells, automated welding systems, sensors, or inspection equipment.
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE) and welding process optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting robotic welding applications in a manufacturing environment.
