Texas Instruments is looking for a new Applications Validation & Verification (AVV) Engineer to join our Advanced Technology Integration (ATI) group. The AVV takes a top-down wholistic approach to validating our next gen Automotive and Industrial SoC designs. In this role, you will design, create, and execute tests that validate many of the system's features at once, mimicking end-user applications. You will analyze not only functionality but also performance (throughput, latency, MIPS, etc.) and power (Operational, Idle, Low-power modes) as well as work on both pre-silicon emulation platforms and real silicon. You will be working purely in baremetal (C with some assembly); no operating system, no kernel.
