Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking an Applications Systems Specialist to administer, support, and continuously improve enterprise applications, business systems, and the virtual infrastructure. This role ensures licenses, documentation, and vendor requirements are met while coordinating upgrades and asset tracking.

You will help maintain the virtual environment by keeping servers, operating systems, and applications updated to support ongoing operations and growth.

The Applications Systems Specialist is responsible for administering, supporting, optimizing, and continuously improving the organization's enterprise applications, business systems, and virtual infrastructure. This role ensures new and current systems remain reliable, current, properly licensed, well-documented, and aligned with vendor support requirements by coordinating upgrades, patches, asset tracking, vendor relationships, and end-of-life planning. The position also helps maintain the virtual environment by ensuring servers, operating systems, and applications are routinely updated, patched, and able to support ongoing operational needs.
