What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical evaluation of products/tools to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide requirements
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for program development, modification, and troubleshooting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
- Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience (if holding a Bachelor's degree)
- Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience (if holding an Associate's degree)
- Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience (if holding a High School diploma or GED)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
