What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support Lab operational teams using Epic Beaker AP/CP and Non-Epic lab systems and workflows
• Analyze, develop, and implement new functionality while enhancing current builds
• Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate products/tools for adherence to enterprise-wide requirements
• Maintain clear documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
• Act as a technical consultant to the health system, participating in initiatives to improve efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• CLS/MT/MLT certification and Epic certification in Epic Beaker AP/CP
• Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience (if holding a Bachelor\'s degree)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to internal customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience (if holding an Associate\'s degree)
• Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience (if holding a High School diploma or GED)
• Basic knowledge of Epic Beaker AP/CP
• Strong willingness to learn in an ever-expanding field
