Job summary

Hydro-Dyne Engineering Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide expert product knowledge, size equipment for performance and cost, and generate CAD drawings and documentation. You will review customer specifications and support bid processes with ICD development and project handoffs to PM.

You will manage CRM entries for sizing, pricing, and proposals while coordinating with RSMs and clients, with travel as needed to support business development in the wastewater industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven time management and organization skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and CAD tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate equipment drawings and sizing for performance and cost.
• Review customer specifications versus company capabilities.
• Generate ICDs to aid in bid processes and project handoffs.
• Enter projects into CRM for sizing, pricing, and proposals.
• Assist in preparing bids, bonds, pricing, and hydraulic profiles.
• Travel as needed (domestic and international).
• Attend trade shows and support RSMs in customer engagements.
