Job summary

SharpAtoms in North Carolina is seeking an Applications Manager to lead a team of Applications Specialists and Food Scientists in a hands-on lab environment, bridging R&D with Technical Sales to deliver color-matching solutions for food and beverage clients.

You will drive product trials, deliver technical presentations and workshops, manage GMP/SQF compliance, and guide cross-functional onboarding while shaping innovative formulation and testing programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science (or related field).
• Strong track record in product development, formulation, analytical methods, and application testing.
• Excellent technical communication and leadership skills.
