Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years of ERP/transactional systems experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success as a project or team leader.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools including Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Power BI, Workato, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver transformational and continuous‑improvement IT projects, on time and on budget.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing Applications Team (Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Application Developers).
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into systems and processes supporting company strategy.
• Oversee project planning, scope, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Track deliverables, communicate progress, and present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure high‑quality design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software and applications.
• Manage the IT project portfolio balancing short‑ and long‑term initiatives and new opportunities.
• Support completion of IT major objectives and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Research and evaluate ERP, application, and business‑solution technologies to improve efficiency.
• Review vendor offerings, attend demos, and contribute to the strategic IT roadmap.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems in manufacturing
