Nixon Peabody LLP seeks an Applications Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of business applications. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise software services and knowledge of Document Management Systems.
The ideal candidate will manage systems across multiple locations and help ensure efficient performance, working closely with various teams. A competitive salary range of $136,500 to $210,100 is offered for the Chicago location.
The Applications Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, and strategic optimization of specific business applications within the organization. A core aspect of this role is to enhance and continually optimize the user experience, ensuring that software solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
This role blends portfolio leadership, application lifecycle governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that systems remain reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned to the firm’s business objectives. The Application Manager plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s enterprise applications, including DMS (NetDocuments), Records Management systems and their associated integrations and workflows and AI directions. A remote work schedule is available for this position.
