Job summary

Zeeco is seeking an Applications Engineering Team Lead based in Tulsa to guide a team of engineers in the development and installation of our equipment. The role emphasizes translating customer inquiries into detailed scope, plans, and proposals, with occasional field deployments.

The position combines leadership with hands-on technical work, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams. Travel to customer sites will be required as part of project support and turnover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in construction/installation projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and support field activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Applications Engineers to develop scope of work and installation plans.
• Travel to customer facilities for site support and technical review.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to establish cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and turnover packages for handoff to project execution.
