This role involves training, field applications, and system design support, with a focus on the HVAC/R industry. The candidate will provide education and marketing guidance to support division growth, technical support for customers, and participate in market research and product development.

Responsibilities

1. Manage large OEM relationships, including training and engineering support.
2. Conduct market research and support sales and distributor channels.
3. Provide technical expertise to close sales and develop customer communication and marketing plans.
4. Investigate market needs for innovative products and communicate findings to engineering.
5. Maintain high standards of customer service, throughput, and quality; participate in lean activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC and Refrigeration Industry is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 5-7 years of sales, manufacturing, or engineering experience, ideally in manufacturing divisions.
• Understanding of financial statements and technical problem-solving skills.
