Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inspection, quality, metrology, or GD&T.
• Confidence in presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
• Flexibility and willingness to work hours that align with client schedules.
• Qualified to handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the CAPPS software suite and its integration with inspection systems and CNC platforms.
• Support our global distribution network with technical sales, demos, and customer engagement.
• Lead installations, training sessions, and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site.
• Develop custom inspection programs based on client specifications.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions that improve quality and efficiency.
• Travel as required to support client success and project execution - up to 2.5 weeks a month.
