Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales engineering.
• Ability to interpret pump performance curves, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Experience preparing formal product pricing and quotations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and knowledge of sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with distributors and end-users to define pump-selection criteria and identify market opportunities.
• Connect clients with the appropriate IFS distributor network for their industry needs.
• Recommend and specify pumps, control systems, spare parts, and accessories based on project requirements.
• Generate accurate product quotations using price lists and technical data sheets while evaluating competitors.
• Assess liquid properties to determine suitable material specifications for pump construction.
• Define control-panel logic and power needs, collaborating with engineering to finalize panel specs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to create promotions and deliver training sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure OSHA safety standards are met.
