Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Functional knowledge of electrical controls, motors, drives, and motion control.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, drawings, and requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales and application support for Tolomatic products.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Perform engineering calculations related to motion dynamics and system requirements.
• Recommend solutions based on customer application needs and conditions.
• Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers and teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Service.
• Maintain knowledge of Tolomatic products and motion control trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and processes.
