Job summary
Texas Instruments is seeking Applications Engineer Interns to work with TI customers to define design challenges and create user-friendly solutions, with hands‑on lab time to deliver innovative development that supports TI products and drives revenue.
You will collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and product teams to launch new products, promote TI solutions, review designs, and support customer seminars and distributor training.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
- Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components
- Knowledge of analog circuitry (op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing)
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, soldering and debugging skills
- Programming skills in C/C++ (LabVIEW recommended)
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Work with design, marketing, sales, and product definition teams to launch new products into the market
- Promote TI products and provide technical solutions to customers to solve design challenges
- Provide technical support by reviewing designs, debugging problems, and answering questions
- Support customer technical seminars and distributor training sessions
