Applications Engineer III (Tech Support) - Day shift

Location: Remote - Position supports clients in a national/regional capacity (Day shift)
Employment Type: Contract

Description:

  • The Applications Engineer III provides advanced technical support and system quality assurance for enterprise software and infrastructure.
  • This role involves remote execution of design, installation, maintenance, and testing activities for various technical systems.
  • The engineer acts as a critical liaison between customers and internal teams, offering expertise in troubleshooting, system optimization, and ongoing application and network support.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Server Administrator with expertise in system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with certificate management in enterprise environments.
  • Foundational understanding of networking, including diagnostics and infrastructure support.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues across multiple technical areas.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, supporting client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience managing certificates in web server environments.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-level troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
  • Proven track record of supporting remote environments with limited direct access.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $29.40-$42.00 Per HR
