Job summary

Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a Windows Server Administrator for a 12-month contract with a potential conversion to permanent. Starting pay is $40-$45/hr.

You will perform remote customer work including design, installations, testing, and maintenance on our software, and advise customers on operation and maintenance of the system. The role requires 3+ years of Windows Server Administration experience, IIS Certificates expertise, and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Windows Server Administrator.
• Experience with IIS Certificates.
• Basic Networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment to ensure operational quality and performance of our software.
• Performs remote customer work including design, installations, repairs, testing, and/or maintenance on technical products.
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and our software.
• Troubleshoots issues and collaborates across product and organizational lines to achieve optimal resolution.
• Serves as liaison between the company and customers.
• Conveys customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff.
• Provides ongoing application, network and security support including servers, firewalls, routers, active directories, etc.
