Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for site-based AMR hardware issues reported via Zendesk.
• Collaborate with on-site teams and customers to gather information for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuity.
