Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Experience integrating equipment into factory systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Preferred: Korean or Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support across sales, integration, and post-sale.
• Troubleshoot fastening, electromechanical, and factory integration challenges.
• Assist with design, selection, configuration, and implementation.
• Support customer visits, trials, and technical presentations.
• Lead product integration into manufacturing work cells.
• Mentor and train newer Engineers as team grows.
• Create and contribute to technical documentation and demos.
