A global access solutions leader is seeking an individual for a dual role in engineering and field support. This position involves extensive travel and supports OEM partners in integrating intelligent locksets. Candidates should have strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. A valid passport and readiness for occasional unplanned travel are required. The role is primarily home-office based.
Job Summary
This person is dually responsible for both engineering and field support. The employee will primarily support field sites contracted through ASSA ABLOY Professional Services. Additionally, in-depth product support will be provided to 3rd party developers in their efforts to integrate the ASSA ABLOY Intelligent Locksets into their software platform. Further responsibilities include the training of support staff and field support of the product.

The employee will be based in a home office and will be expected to travel extensively. Some months of the year might involve 75% travel. At times, spontaneous and unplanned travel might be required. The employee should live near a convenient airport in the United States.
