Job summary

OPW is seeking an Applications Engineer in Hamilton, OH to translate field data into safe, manufacturable fluid-transfer solutions. You will deliver advanced CAD designs (Creo/ProE) and 3D models, generating accurate quotes and detailed BOMs, while bridging sales and production.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and at least two years of engineering or quoting experience, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BSME/BSMET degree required.
• 2 years engineering or technical quoting experience.

Responsibilities

• Quote custom loading arms and terminal layouts using field data.
• Meet KPI-driven turnaround times for quotes and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support production.”
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and manufacturing to streamline quote-to-order processes.
• Ensure quotes are safe, workable, and economical.
