Neeljym Search Group client seeks an Applications Engineer who solves real-world hydraulic challenges, collaborates with customers, and helps bring innovative solutions to market. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering and manufacturing and have a defined path into senior management with increasing responsibility.

As the technical expert, you’ll support both customers and the sales team, contribute to product development, and grow your leadership capabilities as the organization expands.

• Base salary plus a monthly commission based on a percentage of gross profit, paid monthly.
